Dear All, Please be informed that the product is good but the after Sales experience is going to make it bad. By some luck, was not charged for the installation. Pros: The AC is cooling well for now. The sound made by the AC is acceptable to me. Installation was done well. Cons: The AC was not supplied with a drain pipe, which does not quite make sense to me. If you are buying any product with jeeves as the service provider/installer, please do not buy it. Regarding waranty, jeeves told me they will give me an invoice and they did not give me any invoice. Jeeves does not provide warranty if stabilizer is not installed for a inverter AC, which basically means you have to buy the stabilizer that they bring with them or buy one of your own. The stabilizer costed me INR 1650/- with taxes. Jeeves asked me to sign somewhere but did not show me what I was signing. Please do not sign blindly. Jeeves does not provide warranty if the AC box(the carton in which the AC unit was brought in) is missing, which is ridiculous. Jeeves guys wanted a ladder for installation. Come on, most of us do not have ladders. They do not bring the necessary fittings and extra wires/cables, necessary fittings with them which again does not make sense to me. This means you will have to either buy the necessary items or ask them to get it. Absolute poor service from flipkart and jeeves for any reinstallion. Don't recommend buying from here.

I'm posting this after usage of more than a year Overall a moderate AC but is not worth the money. It can be never matched with any branded one as the basic swing is not automatic for four ways room gets cooled to the required temperature but the if your temperature is set at 25 your room temperature will be 28 and at a particular place where the AC vent is directed will be more cool. Instead of going for smart AC if the basics are set right it would have been an excellent product. This smart AC Heka is good but its just to tempt you to buy this product. Best thing about the AC is the power consumption is as specified and we can have a good power consumption. Overall it is better to go for branded one at the same price if you can manage with higher power consumption Strictly for medium sized rooms only. If your room size is more the 16x16 no use in power consumption. All the best friends

overall it is good product I ordered it on may 9th it came by may10th installation was free,cooing is better,better savings.

Product is good, but installation service is very bad. I did wait more than 3days for installation. Finally they suggested me to do it by third party installation. Even we are not doing free installation, we will charge 1599/- . So I did it installation by third party, But while purchasing time it was showing free installation. Don't expect free installation. If u leave about installation part remaining things like product features and performance is good. It's full value for money product. But App some times working good some times not working or showing invalid space Id or invalid input data error even after perfectly configured. Any how app is not mandatory., So we can consider and can expect solution in future.

AC is good, except the part where swing motor is stuck and livpure service people are unable to provide the part. It's not even a month and the swing motor is not working properly. Repalacement motor I don't think they have coz it's been 2-3 weeks I am calling these livpure people and they always say senior executive will call you which he never. Post purchase experience and servicing is appearing pathetic now. AC is working,but swing motor is not. Will be purchasing reputed and old brand at time of another AC.

It’s has been now 1 yr and AC is working excellent. My room is big enough and it cools very fast. No issue at all during 1 period of year of time. Remote and AC has very good feature of ECO mode which cuts power plus it has silent mode which cuts another power. Also as it is inverter AC bill just got half. Must go for it other then spending much on branded AC’S.

This ac is not just smart, it's over smart! so much so that you feel like an idiot to have purchased this. This is so spooky that you may even get heart attack! it turns on and off automatically and even changes temperature randomly while on manual mode. Sometimes it sets the temperature to 31c while you are asleep. You notice that once you start sweating and wake up from sleep.

good cooling and features are nice instalation done in 2 days After conversation with jeeves they done it FREE.
