The product is excellent & so as the service. It was delivered on the date & time flipkart promised me. The installation was also smooth & with standard charges (Rs.1250 for installation & 750 for wall mounting bracket). Overall, satisfied with the product & service.

Pros: 1. Good looks, has a beautiful big hidden temperature display in the indoor unit which shows temperature when the AC is switched on 2. Voltas sales and service is easy to contact 3. Both the indoor unit and outdoor unit is heavy and sturdy 4. Cooling performance is good, on par with more expensive 1 ton LG AC's 5. Power consumption is great, it consumes only slightly more power than a 1 ton 5 star AC (Since I also have a 5 star Sansui AC was able to compare) 6. Compared to LG and Sansui the indoor unit is more quieter, and the out door unit noise is only slightly more louder than LG. 7. The anti fungal clean, is a must have feature if your going to use the AC for longer duration's of time 8. Flipkart delivery was excellent and on time Cons: 1. The Jeeves installation was a bad experience(as listed below): a) They came without the proper tools and borrowed most of my tools to complete the installation. b) CAUTION: They will take the serial number sticker on the AC box, saying they need this. Do NOT give them this number, since its needed for registering your AC for warranty online with Voltas. Later I found out they sell this number and make money. c) For the indoor unit, they put only 2 nails in the wall instead of the 8 which are provided in the frame. d) The outdoor unit frames bolts were loosely installed. I had to tighten them myself later. e) Do not get Jeeves to install the AC unit, please get someone else. Jeeves also charged me Rs 500 more than outside vendors for the installation.

installation crew was very unskilled.... Can't fix outer unit to external wall...then I ask for another technician... N he completed d process....They also charged money.... Overall product looks Good Except Remote.... The Remote seems very Dull.. VERY POOR QUALITY REMOTE ... No proper night glow buttons on remote. In d products of 28K they give Chip remote of 200 Rs. Very chip

Good product, does the job, Cools the room in 5 mins. I got it installed by the Voltas team and not the Flipkart jevves team, they were very professional and completed the instalation in 2 hours. The AC comes with a LED display remote and glow in the dark buttons. I bought this variant after alot of research. Copper condenser , 5 star and 1 ton was my requirements and this fits the bill. Go for it if your room is 10 x 10. Had a minor issue within 10 days of installation and the Voltas engineer fixed it.

Pros : Cooling is fast, 5 star rated A/C, Outdoor unit is slim. Cons: Noise level of indoor unit is high compared to Blue star models got this one for 28K

installation process is so poor :( after two day one can come and any update from flipkart side. very disappointing :(. product delivery good but other services is frustrating. :(

I had given 5 star to this Voltas 1.5 Ton 5 star Split AC previously but just after 1 year my AC was out of order... I have to call mechanic and repair it...The inner n the outer part are of two different metal, the inner part of copper and the outer machine part of aluminum according to the mechanic and so I have to spend 7000 /- to replace the aluminum part by copper... I called Flipkart because of this problem bt didn't get any response from them.... Flipkart had given me many useful products and I was really happy with the experience, but this time I was really disappointed....so l am changing my decision and giving 2 star to the same product now

I am very pleased with Flipcart, you people rock. I booked the AC using Android App I was little hesitant to buy consumer appliances from Flipcart, I have always bought Electronics. So this is my first experience for bigger stuff. Now the AC I booked was delivered very well and within a day, and within a couple of hours of delivery I get a call from Installation team and in 4 hours of delivery everything done and installed. Now on the product, I am very pleased with the performance of the unit. The cooling is pretty good, the throw is nice, good options to swing the circulation. Overall a Great Product. And thanks Flipcart for a wonderful buying process.

Overall a good product, Installation was prompt at least for mumbai. Installation cost 1500 plus 1500 accessories. AC is technically superior quality having coppper condenser as confirmed by Voltas customer care also. Overall a good deal with HDFC credit card offer. Thanks HDFC also for giving us a very transparent deal of waving directly and giving as cash back. we should always take benefit of this type of deals..

Very loud! I did go through the reviews before purchasing, did not pay much heed to it, now i know this was a mistake, it makes a lot of noise. The fan option hence, is always kept to minimum. Ceiling fan is quiet compared to this AC. The piece that arrived first had a crack, sent it back immediately and the second piece that came had a remote that is not giving a proper display, in fact no display at all. Do not purchase this product, not worth the money.
