Picture: Vu 4K upscaling is between decent and ok. Dolby Vision makes it better but only few options. Most HD and FHD seems to struggles on such a big screen with visible contouring in dark areas of the video. Video presets are temporary and in most cases you will need to adjust before viewing. “4/5” Sound: Dolby Digital and Dolby Digital+ output format not working with my compatible Home Theatre (neither through ARC nor through Optical Out). I have to settle with the PCM output. In-built speakers are decent. Audio Enhancements disables if external speakers are used. In-built speakers are decent. “3/5” App Support: Google Appstore seems to be restricted. NO Amazon Prime Video app available, you are at your own risk if you wish to install through third party softwares. Netflix app is broken, video freezes or shows a blank screen and sometimes play/pause will take you to the main TV homepage on numerous occasions. I’m playing Netflix through my PS4 Pro which is working fine. No updates available out of the box, although company claims OTA updates over the time. I hope they are able to fix issues sooner rather than later. “3/5” Connectivity: OTG support is not mentioned nor did i have any luck with it. exFAT file allocation is missing. NTFS allocation on my HDD was working fine. HDCP 2.2 is great for future proofing your purchase. The bundled remote is quite tactile and of premium quality. If you wish to play downloaded UHD content then a Laptop/BlueRay player is advisable. “4/5” Overall it justifies the budget with some level of future proofing but if I’m not expecting a “5/5” then I’m also not blown away by a “3.5/5” I wish Vu fixes all the launch bugs/issues with an OTA update just-in-time. I did raise a complaint and yet to hear from Vu. I hope my review is not biased and helps you buy the best you can afford.

After almost one month of viewing : 1) Build quality looks as premium as any other brands in the market. 2) Picture quality - you feel like you are watching an OLED tv all thanks to contrast ratio which is 100000:1 and 4k content plays very smoothly in addition to HDR videos are flawless. 3) Sound is good for normal room but not that great. 4) I never faced issues connecting to WiFi or my Bluetooth speaker, it has seamless connectivity even with the Chromecast version 1 inbuilt. 5) Though the tv throws a message that This tv is not optimized for Netflix it plays 4k and Dolby vision content with out any blur and stuttering(of course you need to have good internet speed) . 6) YouTube and other apps works fine. 7) Should have come with swivel wall mount but not really needed we hardly need to change the angle as the viewing is clear even from 170 degrees. 8) I don't find any faults with the TV except for the power cord quality and it's good enough sound. Overall its a great product from VU which can stand apart in the competition.

good ptoduct, value for money. bad experience with exchange, it appeared as if flipkart expect people to exchanve with brand new product. so exchange offer is actually useless as it is very likely that they will reject your old tv at the time of pick up.

This is excellent TV. I already have Samsung 65"in my Hall and this one I brought for bedroom. I personally feel, this is one better than that. The picture quality and sound effect also this is good. I was tried to play all kind for video, HD, 4K, Dolby vision, HDR10 and low quality videos, every thing looks good and better than expected. When play low quality video( old source ) the picture upscale need to improve. Audio loudness and base may be lesser than that and it is enough for bedroom. One more best feature is audio mode and it will fulfill almost all situation. Remote also very fast and responsive. But I expect more functionality to make more convenient. Simply can say, it is not budget TV and better like branded TV.

I have taken 8 days to write this review..it is just awesome ... comparatively with MI tvs VU is 1000 times better in sound quality, picture quality, Android features, screen colours,etc ...if you are looking to buy a TV in your low budget then do not hesitate just go for VU ...

Been testing this for 4 days to give a review. Perfect smart TV if the budget is around 50k. Picture quality is amazing when compared any other vu competitors. SD itself is optimised so well that you don't need to upgrade to HD dish unless you want that experience. 4k is mind blowing. Superb picture quality. Sound quality is pretty cool, external speakers are just an option. No connectivity issues so far. Everything works well. Prime Video is not native in any Android TV unless inbuilt, if you are going for prime, you gotta buy fire TV stick with this. Doesn't have an inbuilt browser, but can be managed as it got play store. Overall rating - 4.75/5

Good picture quality and great build. Nice product. this review s based on 3 days usage. Sound s good enough. Bought 2 year extended warranty from VU. Reaching out to Jeeves team s a pain. better go with Original brand extended warranty.
