Received this TV on 31 st Jan 2017 and the same was installed by Sony on 2nd february 2017. As usual great service by Flipkart, installation also went smoothly. Now when it comes to the performance of the tv i am bit disappointed as i had high hopes. CONS 1) During fast paced action scenes in movies and sports (specially football) microstuttering can be seen which itself is very irritating, i do feel this problem is arising because the refresh rate of 100 hz is not enough for fast paced action sequences and sports. So if your primary aim is to buy a tv for sports and movies then better to go for other sony models which has minimum of 200 hz refresh rate. For casual use this tv is fine. 2) Not satisfied with the sound quality at all, it is avg. To get the best sound experience you will have to connect it with home theatre. PROS 1)Color reproduction and picture clarity is top notch, for best experience choose color-vivid option. 2) Tv is light weight and sleek

Sony is always best when it comes to TVs. This model is 2016 and it has very good audio n video quality. To her the FM in this you need plug in one cable on the port present backside apart from that everything is good. WS retail delivered very next time and Sony installation and demo also done with in the given time.

I bought it for 25489/-. worth every penny. Even though its a HD ready TV. I would say it is a decent price for brand like Sony. Amazing Picture clarity with clear sound, the name Sony does it with ease. USB reads n plays almost all formats & its very fast in recognizing drive too. If you want to experience the brand with minimum budget juz go for it. Trust me you wont regret.

Great performance, sony BRAVIA KLV-32R302D have very good display and excellent sound quality. i bought it in 19k in diwali offer 2016. the product delivery was fast and quick and the installation was done timely.

I have been using this product since last September and I must admit that it is really good TV. The picture and pixel qualities are excellent!! Nice sound and user friendly features. Good product by Sony!!!

Got my Sony 32 inch LED TV on a offer on November 4th. Sony Powerbank is free. I am yet to get my powerbank on my hands. Today is November 28. Flipkart Service is getting worse nowadays. Making the customer to regret is the only target it seems. Flipkart is nowhere where it started the business. Still i didnt receive any update on my order. Even the escalated ticket itself taking this much time to resolve. Really frustrating! After so many followup I have received my powerbank. Review about the product!. A very good budget tv from a brand. Since i am a new sony user i didnt see any drawback with the product. Review after 1 month. Sound is really good when compared with other products . Built In FM is an added advantage and it has power saving option so whenever we get bored of watching tv we can cut the video and listen to FM. I am really satisfied with this product! Actually I am expecting a long run with this sony product. Will see!

Excellent TV I used around one months I am very happy with having a good TV in Sony brand.

This is going to be a long review but surely would help many buyers. I have purchased "Sony 80cm (32) HD Ready LED TV" on Oct 2nd(during dasara) during Big Billion day on flipkart for an exchange offer of my old LG Slim TV. Later I found the clarity is dull and it hangs in between thus I have cancelled and ordered "Vu 102cm (40) Full HD Smart LED TV" on exchange offer again. To my shock, flipkart said that old TV which is gone in exchange with Sony TV cannot be returned back and the amount will be returned back. Since I have already made one more order of VU TV with exchange offer I wanted my Old TV back. The seller of Vu came to my home and since exchange product was not available, he took the new one back but stated that old TV is in bad condition while it was not at all there.I had a series of discussion with Flipkart which did not worked out. Later I arranged for one more old LG TV and was waited for the delivery of Vu but seller kept on rejecting saying TV is in bad condition while he didn't made an attempt again. In the whole scenario customer service from Flipkart was really pathetic and made unnecessary delay due to which Vu TV is also cancelled. Now I had no other option left and needed to order one more TV. This time I choose to buy "Vu 102cm (40) Ultra HD (4K) Smart LED TV" and to my surprise(though I had to call flipkart customer service multiple times to get the deliver boy number) I got my TV very next day of my order and it got installed on the same day. Though I had to wait long but worth my wait. Very nice 4K TV at the price range.

This is the best product at this price point. Great picture and sound quality. Even the TV itself looks sleek and nice! Even while watching high moving images (like Tennis match), there is no blur and very natural colours. Happy with the purchase and highly recommended!
