worst tv company to buy from. my tv stopped working suddenly and I called the customer care but it seems the customer service numbers does not exist. after trying about 60-70 times and 3 days ,I could talk to them and they said it would take 72 hours to send a service engineer. they don't have a service center in a metro city like mumbai. they have a tie up with a third party service provider. after the service engineer came ;he checked the unit and said that the main board is not working and will have to be replaced and it will take 10-12 days for the same as they don't have the spare part in their office at Mumbai and the part would come from Delhi if this is the situation at a city like Mumbai,then I cannot what would be the status of smaller cities. do you expect a customer to wait for 15-20 days for an under warranty consumer appliance.if yes then it's ridiculous. so put it in simple words once you buy the TV from thomson you pray to God that the TV works well and if it does not then better to throw away the TV as the company is a white collar cheater and also flipkart is to be blamed partially as they are associated with a cheater brand like thomson. please don't buy this brand television.

After 10 days of intense viewing, I'm writing my reviews on Thompson B9 Pro 32 Inch HD Ready Smart TV. Below points I observed. 1.Picture Quality is very good for Viewing with 4 Viewing Options along with your own settings. 2. Sound is also fair enough and good. 3.Internet WiFi connectivity is very good. 4. All connectivity ports like HDMI and usb and aux are very good. 5. I've never watched the VU premium TVs. But I can suggest to buy this to all as compared to MI and VU. 6.Installation process was also very quick and Hassel free arranged by flipkart through their service alliance. It is recommended for those who love to view small size TV like 32 inches and since the quality with good so I do recommend for any middle class to purchase this. Hope this helps much to online buyers. This review is provided post viewing the TV intensely.

Average quality product from Thomson. I expected much better quality. Previously used Sanyo TV in which picture quality and color reproduction was superb. Here the lower quality of panel is clearly visible. blacks are not deep, dynamic range is narrow. Connectivity part is average. Wifi connected easily. But youtube app stucks at login. Not able to login yet. Not very smart. Most importantly, after giving a 2 star rating previously, I got a call from Thomson offering 6 months extended warranty for free if I change rating to 5 stars. Now I understand how such an average product manage to get 4.3 stars. I have the call recording and I can produce it anyone demand it. I have decided not to change my rating and discard their offer of 6 month additional warranty. Atleast someone reading this review can save their money. My suggestion is to go for other brands.

Thomson is very old and best company, we had Thomson color TV in 1996 which was working fantastic till 2006, later on we sold that. this is the reason of buying again Thomson !!! my few observation are noted below. and Images attached. 1) *** Smart Android OS is basic, don't compare with mobile OS. 2) ***** Wireless network WLAN connects very fast, 3) **** Fast buffering for You tube, with 1gb RAM, 8gb ROM 4) ***** SD ok ok, HD, FHD looks great, Blue Ray, 4K looks awesome!!! see attached images 5) ***** Free Dish DTH standard Detonation TV also looks great. 6) ** Remote built quality is average. Remote signal works from any corner, long distance, easy remote operation. 7) ***** TV is light weight and easy to handle. 8) ***** Viewing angel is fantastic 9) ***** 40 Inches looks fab, like Movie Theater in dark room. 10) *** I did not found Unmount USB option, need to shut down TV to remove Hard disk. 11) ***** Wired Keyboard and mouse works perfectly. 12) **** Radio also nice but need earphone cable attached, like mobile needs to start radio. 13) ***** Buy Extended warranty and use tension free. 14) ***** All needs of decent family and a smart TV to connect mobile are fulfilled, its best TV for smart price and Great Quality.
