Order & Delivery: Good as usual by Flipkart Product Quality: All good except drain pipe leakage. Technician visited and found the problem do exist. Hence we requested Flipkart for a refund, since we are not satisfied with the product we would like to return it. Return & Refund: The product was returned back by Flipkart the next day after confirmation of Refund process. Return and Refund policy is good. We do sincerely request Flipkart & BPL to perform quality check for any defects in the product. We are all ready to buy an Indian product and that too from an Indian e-commerce company and also we are all concerned about the product quality.

Worsr product I can ever imagine. I have identified the leakage of water through drain pipe when I first purchased and then got the replacement due to the same. But, here comes the worst part. Even the replaced has exactly same issue. BPL should take care of these reviews and stop using cheap parts in the product and should maintain its reputation.
