Let me write few Technical review along with functional review. - First of all if you want to wash expensive branded shirts and trouser, this machine is worst for them because it creates lot of frictional rashes on that. Your branded shirt will look like some body washed it with deep brushing. - Clothes are not fully dry, you have to hang them in sun rays for an hour, then what is the benefit in comparision to semi automatic. - Think before buy because you have to choose very particular area in your home where you have to fix this machine till time you are living because you can not move it time and again. If you have particular area to fix it then only buy, where you can get continous water flow. - It usually happen that when you take out your branded shirts and after dry it you will find so many patches of washing powder on your shirt. It means powder mixing inside the machine is not accurate. - Whatever timing you see on screen, please mind it does not include time of water filling and rinsing. That mean if your machine show 50 min, it will complete the procedure in 70 min. - Company sticker is not properly sticked, it is aluminum strip material sticker and if not properly sticked then it may hurt your hand while you put on machine. This happen with me. I got enjoured with that. - Dont believe on installation engineer instructions because they are non technical guys and dont even know the real definition of commands. Kindly refer manual. - I will give 3 stars because it is ruining my branded clothes quality even if I run on deligate option. - Power cable length is comparatively small and you have to be ready with cable extension. - If you loose power or water availability during procedure then once the electric power will come it will restart the procedure which is biggest draw back. - Delivery and installation of product is okay as on Flipkart.

I purchased this product from Flipkart and earlier rated this machine 4 star since the initial working is fine. However this machine is very delicate and it started causing troubles in just after 3 months of working. Worst part is the customer care, the executives are not interested in solving the problem, all they are interested is in selling more stuff. They want to sell you water softner, Washing machine stand, cleaner etc. etc. They are saying that without these accessories, the machine will not work fine. So before you buy this machine, please note that you will have to compulsorily buy accessories of more than 4K extra from their executive. Further the machine start making noise after every three months and they are charging Rs. 550 for cleaning every time. The executive told that their machine is having metal tub hence these items are required. The balancing is not proper and many times it suddenly starts making lots of noise and the machine has so much of vibrations that it changes its location from one place to other. Overall pathetic customer service and pathetic product from whirlpool. I will never buy any whirlpool product again.

There is no proper response about delivery n keep on extending delivery time without prior intimation....not updating the status of tracking also..
