Awesome pricing from FK. Received it on the day mentioned. FK ensured that it was delivered in good condition and the service call for installation was scheduled within a day. Pros: Washing machine is very good indeed. 10 modes which are fine for a regular user. Quite basic features, but best suited for daily usage. Child lock feature is a good option. Service seems to be awesome, the videocon service guy came within a day. Cons: The rat filter/cover provided is pretty flimsy foam kind of cover, but I can live with it There is no Rinse+Spin option (was there in my LG m/c)

I have been using this machine for a few days and it has got all the necessary features that one should have in a Fully Automatic machine. It is a good Value for money product. The delivery by Flipkart was done perfectly as expected and the installation service from Videocon was also great. I had called them up before FK had raised the request and the installation was within 8 hrs of my phone call. Keep it up.

I bought this washing machine after a lot of research. Its just been 3 months since i have got it, and I am thoroughly disappointed with it, as barely after 14 uses, the drainage system is spoiled. The water keeps on draining continuously even when it is not drying. Heck, it keeps on draining even while the tub is being filled, before beginning the wash. Build quality too is sub-par, and now even though the machine is in warranty, I still have to pay "Visitation charges." which is Rs. 200 + service tax (so much for the "1 year Videocon Warranty"). I bought this from WS Retail (this was also one of the reasons for the purchase because I trust the brand), and I really didn't expect them to sell such a low-quality product. Terribly disappointed by it.

Washing is quite good but due to safety issues please ensure that there are no coins in clothes Otherwise the programming will be altered and then you have to pay every time for that As it is not covered in warranty Otherwise good product

This is very bad item of Videocon . I changed pulsator twice in 1 year that is not in warranty but machine is still making tooo much noise.
