Hello everyone, i would like to share my experience of BOSCH fully automatic washing machine. I purchasee in the month of Mar-20, and with one week of purchase we went to native and locked over there due to COVID for almost 3months. We returned back to blore in the month of june and started using BOSCH washing machine. Initially everything was working smmothly, after a month washing started sounding very badly and we raised complain on sound. Then service men visited and checked and found that motor is damaged,need to be replaced. He called BOSCH customer service and requested for replacement of new motor. But since motor is damages within a very short time and moreover we dont use much as i and wife stay at home, i requested for replacement of new machine. Unfortunately non of the BOSCH executives are responding us for replacement of either motor or machine. Such a irresponsible behaviour. Hence i request you all not to puchase BOSCH washing machine even though cost is less. All executives of BOSCH are good for nothing and completely irresponsible...i am very much dissapponted on BOSCH and i wont recomend to any one... Worst product...

German brand Bosch products are robust and built for long term uses..Bosch is much better than other brands available in terms of quality of the product..let me share my experience.. Pros: 1.Delivery within 2 days (may take more time in rural areas) 2.Installation next day of delivery( may take more time in rural areas or covid affected areas). 3. After 7 day of usage, machine is working perfect. No noise, no vibrations, grear wash quality...overall a perfect buy .. 4. Water filter is there..it increases life of the drum by decreasing hardness of the water... 5. Direct drive motor which makes the machine very compact..hence the machine looks small compare to other brands 6.5 kg machine..but size of drum is better in Bosch.. 6. Great variety of wash options particularly curtain, anti allergic, bed sheet etc. 7. Inverter technology..hoping for less electricity consumption. 8. Optimum use of water...uses very less water compared to top load washing machine.. 9. This model used mostly latest technology features. Cons: 1.I have not found pre wash option in this model..however, some where it written in product description 2. U need to buy tap adapter..it does not come with Bosch washing machine...better to keep before installation guy comes.. 3. It takes a little more time than it shows.. 4. Warranty could be a bit more such as IFB machines.. 5. Cleaning of drum with descaling agent is necessary in regular interval such a 3-6 months depending on the hardness of the water..this is true for any front loading washing modelling..hence, not a disadvantage of this model only.. Overall verdict..no machine is perfect in this price segment..this model certainly provides all the necessary things used in domestic washings.. definitely buy recommendation..!!

We've been using it for 15 days. It's extremely silent. Clothes come out cleaner compared to our earlier top load machine. Variety of programs. Bosch detergent is also good. However, the touch pad buttons are extremely sensitive. So even if you accidentally brush it, some button is pressed.

I have been using this from a week and this is absolutely fantastic machine. Bosch is boss. Good delivery and installation. Just be carefull about installation professionals who try to sell you things at a very high cost. They force you and also lie that you need to buy the stand etc., but you can use any heavy duty stand(bosch machines have extra weight). He sold a tap converter to me at Rs.310 which he havnt provided any bill. But its just ok as cost will be of same around. Over all satisfied with product. I will also provide long tearm review after some time

performance is ok but the timer is running wrong....i was soo disappointed it was taking more time to wash than given time...

Look wise good and compact but performance is bad.it automatically skips the wash time and goes on extending wash time till we stop machine.. bought it by its goodwill but waste of money and time.

No vibration.No noise..Bought it for Rs 24999 .Great value for money.

Defective piece

Very good product and has less Noise level. The wattage requirements is varies automatically as per the selected wash cycle (960 to 2200W). Overall product is good.

Good one....nice build quality and looks, low sound while operating,nice touch panel,enough option for different kind of clothes, cleaning, better power saving options..what else you need...
