I purchased this washing machine thinking it would wash, rinse, and clean better. However to my surprise it is not as good as my old machine which did a fairly decent job. The problem with this model is the lint fro the clothes don't get collected by the dust/lint collector. So all the clothes especially the dark colors have the lint all the over. You don't sense the cleaned clothes. I recommend LG should take this feedback seriously and do something about it.

Got recommended from a friend who is using same model (older version) since years and the performance is outstanding. Maintenance is the key. I got my previous machine (other vendor) out of order in just 2 years for lack of necessary and timely maintenance. Important tips for increasing life span of machine: 1. Clean the water inlet filter and tub filter after every 3-4 washes. It otherwise would have foam accumulation. 2. Rinse the tub with descaler powder (available outside) every 2-3 months to avoid accretion of cleaning excretion. 3. For hard/bore water, put Eco filter/softerner. A good quality product will cost 1200/- INR but will make radical difference to machine life and performance. This is one time investment. 4. Put a stand and cover. 1000/- INR will avoid aging worn out of the machine. 5. Air Dry mode. If using it, keep the duration between 30 mins – 2 hours. Not less and not more. This machine is indubitably a very good choice in fully-automatic selections. The features, performance, and durability all three vital aspects are kept above the customer requirement and experience. The installation is hassle free and so are the operations. The outer body is no different from others but the drum is stainless steel that obliterates the aging issues. Tried with wool, strong wash, and normal wash options and results are good. Clothes are clean and colony didn’t wake up with the sound. The delivery was in 24 hours and installation was done at same time without any additional charges. Flipkart gets the plus point here.

First time I purchased washing machine like stuff from flipkart or online portal but washing machine was delivered within 3 days. Delivery boy opened the box the gave me the chance to check washing machine thoroughly for any physical damage after my confirmation he gave me delivery not and product invoice. After same time I received SMS from flipkart regarding engineer details for installation and demonstration. Same day he visited and done the demonstration. I am very satisfied with the way of delivery, installation and demonstration. I had semi automatic machine from long time before purchasing fully automatic washing machine I did to much research on it, because in our city we get limited time water supply or due to the drought we got water on every alternate day. Now a days these machine have digital or sensor base timer so no need of high pressure water supply it will not gave any error. Only waiting time is extended to complete the action. I took separate pipeline from my sintex which is installed at my home and it is working fine. If you pre-soaked the cloths for 2 to 3 hours then there is no need to brush the cloths, soaked feature and fuzzy mode clean the cloths so nicely. I am glad and highly satisfied with this product.

We recieved LG 6.2 kg Fully Automatic top load washing machine (Model- T72CMG22P) on 27/04/2016 (booked on 23/04/2016)from Flipkart. It is the best product of LG & Good delivery by Flipkart. Surprisingly it converts into my wife's Birthday Gift on 28/04/2016. Now my family has no tension of washing clothes, it works like an efficient & perfect lady. Awesome purchase, kudos to Flipkart and WS Retail the seller does not dissappoint. The machine was delivered in perfect condition and was installed the next day. Installation is done by third party and not LG. However that does not matteruch as their installation and demo guy was quite knowledgeable. Got it for Rs 14,210 after exchanging my old washing machine.

I got this machine in Rs. 15,850/-. And got delivered in three days. Installation and demo things was completed same day only. It has got the best functions like quick wash and air dry. Washing quality is very good among others in the market.
