after replacement which took a bit long ..now I feel the product is good as of now...working well..sound quality also good...still I will take days for a perfect review...

A good laptop but its harddrive makes a crackling noise even after replacemnet othervise a good product. contact service centre for the problem to be solved

good design and battery but it is very slow can't handle two chrome browser at the same time for more than 1 hr

The display started flickering after some months. I had never used this laptop roughly. I dont think one can care more than I can do. Automatically one night the laptop stop working and the engineer predicted maybe the update was not uptodate thoygh it was not the case. But it happens so no problem. But when for this the engineer came he spotted that the harddisk is quite damaged and making unusal sound. But the sound was coming when it got delivered. Therefore i thought it is the normal sound of laptop. Purchasing this laptop is the worst decision I had ever taken.

Decent but gives alot of slow loading problem atlast I have to extend the ram up to 12 gb now it works fine
