I got this laptop . good thing is very sleek and budget laptop with touch. touch is very good . remember day u get it upgrade it to 8 gb or 4 gb sodimm 1600 MHz 1.35 v ram and njoy the speed 2gb default ram is not enough of win8 64 bit

This laptop is for people for normal usage not for power users. This means that don't expect to do more multitasking using this laptop. Normal browsing, watching movies and doing basic Office work is possible. The Laptop comes with one month of Office 365 trail only which is a little disappointing. So it all depends on your requirement. If you are a user who require big screens and more processing power this laptop is not for you. Now, for the good part. Best thing about this Laptop is the lightweight and portability. Touch screen also gives a good response. The first thing you need to do after buying this laptop is to uninstall the Mcafee antivirus which comes pre-installed along with this Laptop and upgrade the OS to Windows 8.1 . The reason why I asked you to uninstall Mcafee is because, it is too much for this small laptop can handle. Please also note that you might run into a little trouble for updating from Windows 8 to 8.1, but trust me its worth the effort. Even you can upgrade the RAM to 4 GB if you still think the performance is low (not done yet)

This is definitely not a workstation in any way, so in case you're looking at raw power, check out something with a 'i' range processor. For casual use, browsing the web, etc., this is more than sufficient. The screen is sharp, the touch is responsive and an upgrade to Windows 8.1 breathes some fresh air into the machine for sure. In short, buy it if all you want is a light computer that is portable and can run the office suite, iTunes and do some basic tasks. For raw power, considering increasing your budget and buy something with atleast 4GB RAM and an i5 (4th gen).

Good for light usage. Comes with a 2GB RAM, hence cannot support heavy applications such as several games. Multi-tasking is difficult. However, if you use it for 1 or 2 simple uses, its a great machine. Light weight & and has long battery life. Dell support is great too.

I got this laptop from my company for office use. Screen is too small to work on. Touch support is quite good. Processor is Celeron 1.4 Ghz with 2GB RAM, hence I will recommend go for other processors in same price range.(No harm if you pay more for good processor than this) Battery backup is relatively good.

Well, product on look wise, design has no competition. It has got good sensitive touch screen and very good sound quality. But when it comes to real performance it lags behind. Even during very normal functions like working on excel, ppt or paint, the processor sometimes becomes too slow. Every time I try to open task manager, it takes a lot of time to get opened.

GIVES ME AROUND 6 HRS BACKUP WHILE MULTITASKING. The only thing that disappointed me was its 2GB RAM and no unused slot to expand it... So I had to replace the existing ram with a 4gb RAM. ULTRA PORTABLE, BANG ON FOR THE PRICE, AWESOME LOOKS....... GO FOR IT BLINDLY!!..... I BET U WONT REGRET!

Laptop performance is very slow... when I see the task manager, most of the CPU usage is with the OS itself... Win8 is a very bad option on this laptop. I'm having 15Mbps internet, but with this laptop that lighting speed is mere useless.
