It's working was good for 20 months. But it got a repair after that.. The warranty period given while purchasing was 5 years.. But the company mechanic collected money for that repair and after sometime it again got damaged. Poor customer care services..

its one week am using the product, terrific beyond this price range... at just a nominal price i got a powerful machine... not a single detergent remains on the clothes... good competition to global brands... hopefully if it runs well for 5 years i ll upgrade to their better version

Fantastic product at this price range. Working smoothly. Drier is effective too. Makes less noise. 8-10 clothes ( shirt, trouser, tshirt or denim) can easily be washed at one go. 5 year warranty is the most attractive feature.

PRODUCT QUALITY IS VERY POOR.. FACING ISSUES AND THE SAME WILL GET MONTHS TO GET THE ISSUES RESOLVED AS WE ARE WAITING FOR PARTS WHICH IS NOT AVAILABLE IN LOCAL MARKET.

Delivered on time, Thanks to flipcart for giving such a great deal with exchange offer. At the bottom of the machine the plastic part (Motor guard) was broken. Washing machine works nice but there is no memory.

product is good and in this price range features is also best but problem is after any issue in washing machine last time there is a little red bite in main wire but when I complaint in service center technician came and after test he said that all sets will be changed and demand for 3500 rupee after that I called local technician and he joint the cut and only in 150 rupee washing machine is running ok . So dont call mitashi technician if any problem you are facing
