I don't know it's with my laptop or it's a common problem...but laptop is very very slow... everything is just raw... haven't installed any software...used only for 2-3 times...and it is super slow...i would appreciate if Flipkart takes it back and refund my money

Laptop Review after using it for 2 weeks. I received only Laptop and charger for this order. There is no bag included in it, so it is better to purchase it separately. Performance: 2/5 - This laptop performance is horrible and damn slow as compared to other laptops offered at this range. However, I found the issue why it is slow. As this laptop is running on HDD it is slow, so I thought I can add a SSD of 240 GB (cost is around Rs. 2800 - Rs. 3000/*) which is an option for this laptop(additional slot). I added it and found the booting speed and application opening time, working great as compared to HDD running performance. Display: 4/5 : First of all Anti glare display is very good and viewing angles are not as satisfying. Comfortable to watch movies. Keyboard: 3/5 It is good for typing with numeric pad. However, at nights it is not possible because there is no lighting provided along with this keyboard. Battery: 3/5 : Battery is okay. It gives up to 4-5 hours. Design: 5/5 Design is perfect and be careful while taking out of the laptop bag. Sound: 4/5 It is audible and good to watch movies without any external speakers. Camera: 3/5 it is okay to video call. Don't expect too much for this price range. Finally, if you are looking to purchase this Laptop, plan to purchase SSD of 128 GB or 240 GB SSD along with it and install it and clone the Operating system to this SSD. The performance of this laptop will definitely increase and opening and booting time is just few seconds. Flipkart delivery and packing is Excellent.

super product....sexy design..amazing performance...bougt at rs.28500 and i should not compare this product with lappy at price rs.50000. so people who wrote negative comments..pls stop comparing like this way. in this segement ...u will not get this product. I went to HP showroom the cost of this price was 30000.00. I saved rs 2500 and GST 12%.however got same warrwnty and same product..from flipcart..dont follow me just choose your product wisely..thanx

Don't buy flipkart items. Cardless credit is a cyber crime branch. You select 3 months 0% interest they automatically convert you to 12 month emi @25%. Horrible experience

Slow processor. gives a feel of Pentium processor. heats up a bit more than normal. design wise it's good, light weight. keeping the price in mind, its ok product if not that great. had a worse experience with flipkart related to delivery of this product. committed delivery in 12 days.. was suprised so much time that too for Mumbai. but they took 14 days to deliver, 12 days were not enough.. had to call/write support so many times .. logistics was messed up. app was also not showing live tracking.. product was in Mumbai warehouse on 3rd day from order booking. post which for next 10 days no movement was there in order tracking.. even support team was not aware about the whereabouts of product. finally I got the product in 1 hour of raising the complaint to highest level possible in flipkart. but as a customer why would one has to reach highest level of escalations to get the delivery. expecting better logistics management and right processes in place and better customer support teams at ground level to guide and help customers for their query resolutions
