I gifted this to my mother and the moment we got the product, it was worth our expectations. PS : If you have back ache problems, always pick top loading washing machines Pros : 1. Its a 7 KG Fully Automatic Top Loading Machine, good for a family member size 4 to 6 members. 2. Its strongly built and includes every good feature that you as a beginner could aim at.. !! 3. Featues like Fuzzy Logic ( which decides how much water and time is required ) and Aquasaver ( allow you to save the water for your next cycle ) are included. 4. Money wise, it is one the steal deals available offline and online. It is a competetive product to all those washing machines ranging upto 20k. 5. Delivery of the product, e-Kart guys make sure that you get the product asap and with elite condition Cons: 1. There are certainly one point which lacks on the part of electrolux having unskilled persons for providing demo. But I think if you just spend time reading the manual for about 20 minutes, you become a pro. 2. Washing Sound, during wash, a noise appears specially during spin ( which I am really not aware that other machines make the same kind of noise too or not) Overall: Its an awesome deal worth every penny that you will pay here.

This product was delivered quickly, but when the engineer installed it and we put the first wash and turned the tap on, water started leaking from the bottom and the engineer confirmed that the tub was broken. so much for their quality control and quality assurance.department. while things do get broken and I did give them the benefit of doubt and said I was happy to receive a brand new machine as replacement, its been a week and i am told that they have written to the head office and they are waiting for their confirmation before despatching a new machine!! you send me a broken product and you have to get a confirmation from the HO even after your own installation engineer was present and took photos and videos!!! Electrolux might be a major player globally but is a fringe player in the indian market. I went for this one to replace my 10 year old LG as it was the cheapest for 7 Kgs and had good reviews on the website. I am hoping flipkart will refund the amount. Better to stick to LGs and Samsungs if they cost couple of grand more or better still buy an Indian brand like Godrej instead... I have a big pile up of clothes and am waiting for "electrolux HO" to send me a replacement...third rate product and third rate service

Ordered in Sept 2017 Sale. Got the Washing machine in 2 days but the manufacturing date of the product is JUNE 2016 :(

This product is great, Best in range to be precise Greatly happy with the product - Does the job well - Heavy duty and large capacity - there is daily 3 wash for our house (working great from past 2 months, except 2 incident because of our fault) - Electrolux is one of very good companies, i am impressed by their service (called for 2 services plus one introductory tour, completed and fulfilled within 24 hours of call) - Please be careful, that you don't have coins or metal or other kind of stuff in the cloths while washing it, since this is out of scope of the warranty (it doesn't void warranty permanently, but yeah for this particular incident you would need to shell out money out of your pocket. - Little bit difficult to explain to senior citizen parents, but yeah favorite option does the trick well. Don't have second doubt on this product, if your budget fits and you want Fully Automatic machine, THIS IS IT!!! no more search required. Couldn't comment on power consumption aspect - This query maybe answered by someone else.

This is awesome product by Electrolux. Initially i was reluctant to buy Electrolux product as I haven't tried any product from it.I was thinking to buy LG or IFB. But when i was researching about Various Fully automatic machines, I came to know about this product. 7KG at just Rs13,000/-. Are you Serious?. Because LG and other brands are selling Top Loaded Fully Automatic machine of 7KG capacity at above 22k. And then i researched about this Washing Machine. And I gambled Rs 13K on this product. But now i appreciate my decision to buy this product. Its and awesome Machine. you just have to put clothes and rest it will decide what the weight of clothes, how much detergent is required and all other things. Delivery and Demo Installation was awesome and on time. Don't Think and go for this product.

More than a year now...using it regularly..Doing good. Had one belt cut in the first 6 months or so... But for this, I might have given 5 start. What I find strange for a fuzzy logic machine is that there is no overload indicator of any sorts to the user. Would be nice if Electolux takes note and provides it. Such a basic thing you would think. Spares such as the top waterproof P.E stickers and outlet drain pipes and inlet feed pipes must be easily available for different lengths. Will be good if company can point to such things. Keep the end use through the product life cycle in mind. Thanks...otherwise satisfied.

Big mistake! So I got this washing machine back in 2015 and was hopeful that this would give me a good 5-6 years, but cut to 2018, the drum is scraped and plastic pieces (more like shards) keep getting stuck to clothes off the machine. It has been so for over 8 months now. The sound it makes is enough to drown out a class two explosion, and it has been over 4 months since I ran a spin cycle on the machine - not brave enough to do so. Finally, got rid of this machine yesterday after I exchanged it for a Bosch 7kg machine. Good riddance! Worst 14k spent!

very very nice product. I have bought 3 washing machines of this washing machines. was eagerly waiting for a correct order and last I got it. bought it for just 10k in exchange. 1 for me, 1 for my wife's parents and another for my parents. I have been using it since 8 months no probs till now. and gone through almost all models in the top brands but finally stopped at this product because of it's cheap and very efficient quality. if we take good care of it then it will have long Life.

Product quality is very good, i got delivery on perfect time as expected. Easy programs and i gifted this to my mom.. She is really happy with this product. Its been three months now she is using this machine and it is working good. If any one is thinking to buy a washing machine in small budget i would definitely recommend this!
