Got very good deal in Flipkart billion sale of Sep-17. Delivery by Flipkart was spot on, they delivered on committed date i.e. within 2 days of order. Installation and demo by Jeeves was below par, they took 3 days to come for installation and that too after lot of follow-ups. Jeeves technicians were aware of general features of front loading machine but mostly unaware of specific product features of this machine. Coming to machine, Chose LG Front load for its direct drive and inverter technology. And also as we are satisfied customer of LG fully automatic Top loading from last 12 years. On performance, my wife is very satisfied with washing quality compared to top loading machine. It cleans most dirty cloths like kids' sports uniform to utmost satisfaction without prewash by hand which was normal routine with top loading. Additionally it uses less than half of the water used by top loading. You need to use specific washing powder for front loading for best performance. If anyone want to buy Front Loading washing machine can blindly go for this.

The Product is absolutely good but the installation and demo from Jeeves is very bad. The guy attending this call was overloaded and did just for the sake of completely this. Following are few things that have to be absolutely fixed 1. The legs of the Washing machine were uneven when the installation was done. The next day while reading the manual stumbled upon this during inspection 2. He forgot to mention about the antirat feature which we could figure out only after reading the manual Overall experience was very bad.

The machine is awesome. It is same as described. No vibration very very less noise. Installation via Jeeves is prompt and the guy showed and explained every thing very patiently.

Excellent washing machine with beautiful performance, going for 8 kg is worth with motor of 1400 rpm. Life Is Good.. Nice experience with Flipkart on my first transaction..... Installation and Demo Service from LG was excellent!!!! "But BLUEDART sucks as always!!!!!!, left the parcel around 19:45 when no body was there to receive... SO STRANGE!!!!!!!!!!"

It's really mind blowing product,i have purchased it from market before 3 years with added steam drayer. It's very good product.

I have place the order or Saturday night and got delivery next day 2 pm and installation done on same day evening...overall it was good experience with Flipkart. Later we face some issue with one of the wash program (wool wash was stuck at 12 min before spin cycle starts) and then i called to LG customer care to log a complaint. Amazingly, LG service engineer called within 1 hr and fix an appointment based on my convenience. Next day service engineer came on time and inspect the machine. As per him, There was no issue detected with washing machine and delay/stuck (i show a recorded video of the issue) might be happen with program reset that may no not done correctly during installation. I am really satisfied with LG customer care and service on this scenario. This was a big miss for IFB washing machine which i was earlier using (IFB Digital 5.5 KG). They don't value customers and their after sales service was pathetic. When i brought the IFB earlier, i had many issues with that washing machine also and i need to follow-up with them many times every time to get it fixed within warranty period. I really had bad experience with IFB service and i never recommend any of my friend when they ask for feedback. Because of that, this time i am not even considered that brand when i was planning to buy this new washing machine. last 2 days i am using this new LG washing machine..its less noisy even on 1400 RPM. This is a 2000W max machine (not 1700W mention in flipkart). Few of the wash program washing time is dynamic based on cloth weight. I notice that, full load cotton wash need 3+ hrs to finish. Overall i am satisfied with this product & service till now.
