One of the best washing machines till date. I have been a user of washing machines from my childhood but this one is by far the best. I can vouch for it as white is now actually WHITE. PROS 1. Clothes are cleaned really good. 2. Water consumption is less. 3. In built heater for hard wash. 4. Different modes... although you end up washing in daily 90 percent of the time but still a good feature. CONS 1. Hardly any but major is that it takes time....like a lot of time....but still considering that it washes the clothes so effectively, this much is accepted. 2. Smart feature could confuse . 3. Capacity is a little less than its counterpart machines but that's also a very minor issue. 4. A little fragile thus needs extra care while movement. So overall 4.8 rating...good show whirlpool and flipkart

Its really amazing Washing Machine with almost noiseless function and having satisfied clothes cleaning. Thanks to Whirlpool for having inbuilt heater and seller to sell it in this budget as I have bought under 15K with 3 years extended warranty package. 6.5 Kg is enough for small size family. Compact design and color. Stainless steel drum and metallic outer body makes is more lifelong. It has almost 1 unit usage in 1 hour at normal cleaning and it requires 16Amp heavy power socket to operate. Also the installation person installed and gave the demo very well. But one thing I should make aware that duration shown in display is not accurate at any extend. Actually it takes approx double time to complete the whole cleaning cycle.

This is an amazing product. I am using this machine since last more than a month and sharing my views. Pros: 1. Excellent performance 2. Amazing cleaning 3. Washes clothes amazingly clean especially in the programs where it heats the water. Cons: 1. Have observed only 1problem which is a small tower in the tub which somehow limits clothes quantity.

Though seller is claiming the product is 5 star rated but there is no BEE sticker or any other company authorized logo for authencity. Without 5 star product is not value for money. Such wrong claim should be penalized by flipkart. As a normal product it is ok and functioning normally. Product was delivered and installed on same day. Whirlpool service was good.

Its been over a week experience with TOP LOAD and i can say that its amazing experience with good wash quality and stain removal with inbuilt heater mode. this will be one of the best HIT in TOP LOADER

I'm writing this review after using for 2 months. I must suggest not to buy heater compatible machine it's a waste of money because it tooks more than 2 hours for wash if you select heating option. Otherwise for normal use it is good I must suggest to buy without heater which will be value for money instead of this. And everything is good. Only at the time of drying cloths the spinner rotate and machine gets vibration and make noise. Not finely suitable for detergent powder instead of that it is good for liquid detergent. And company agent who visited for installation advices to use scale removal powder for every 15 days to 1 month of machine use, but I truly feel no need to use that. If you want to use you may.

Technology and feature wise machine is good specially the feature of inbuilt heater for hot water. Demo was well organised and person came as per our convenience which was a good help.
