Television is very good and picture clarity is very good as compare to Mi TV. Delivery Soo fast by Flipkart. But the way the installation demo given by the vendor from Flipkart was not good. For a min I was thinking, installation guy came for installation & demo or not, cause he was getting irritated for questions we ask. Moreover he was getting irritated if we we're not ready to take extended warranty. On top of it he was saying that Thomson will not provide warranty even for the base warranty i.e initial one year. Flipkart is the one who will provide even initial one year warranty. Requesting Flipkart to provide the confirmation on this, whether it is real Thomson brand or the assembled one with Thomson logo by Flipkart.

Better stay away and dont buy the product . I've been using it from 3 months no OTT based applications works properly. Hotstar is not working, SunNxt is not working,Zee5 is not working and prime is disgusting. Even though if you've subscriptions for all the OTT Based application. But OS is not supporting at all. Thomson is not a Certified Android Tv.

We already have Thomson CRT TV and using since last 20 years and working perfectly. Because of Thomson branding, quality and trust. We purchased this TV and seriously my decision was good. Its picture quality, refresh rate is just awesome. UHD videos quality is just flawless. Dont compare this with Sony, Samsung and other brands, which are selling the same UHD TV's in 40k range. The amount which you are paying is worth and you will not regret after purchase. Thanks Thomson and Flipkart for your fast delivery and quality product.

Not able to Miracaste the TV with my android phone as its not connecting. Also the picture quality is not 4K, it seems that dealer has sent Full HD LED Smart TV instead of Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart TV. Please look onto this matter of urgency and take further action.

Excellent TV. Sound and picture quality is very good. Smart features are okay. Only mobile versions of apps work. Much better than mi TV. Mi TV looks faded. This TV colors are punchy and since it is VA panel contrast is very good.Viewing angles are also better than other VA panels. The TV is very bright with brightness of 550 nits. MI TV brightness is 350 nits. I have kept backlight at 50 percent and still it is more bright than Mi TV at full brightness. First I got defective piece with lines on panel Flipkart replaced it in 3 days. SD channels look better than other TV's. This is 1080 panel not 4k panel but we can watch YouTube in 4k via software codec they do in Android but no gives 4k panel at this price. Mi gives 720 panel but you can watch 1080 videos via software codec they do in Android. Go for it guys . You will not find better TV at 21k. With the installed eshare app you can cast the mobile to tv and tv to mobile.

very worste experience with Flipkart ...the product not reached my expectations ... performance was very poor ..and it's look like assembled..and also having connectivity issues ...in this reason I return /refund requested ..but the customer care gives irresponsible answers and idiotic behaviour ..they forcefully to hold that product ..why should I do.. it's purely waste of time and money to buy things in Flipkart ...
