It is really value for money. You can wash 10 to 12 cloths. Plastic material are of low quality. But it is a best deal at this price and performance wise it is best.

Been using for 2 months. Very satisfactory performance. People complaining about lower quality outer body - it is well worth what you are paying for. I purchased another one last month for my home. Will keep updating this if anything changes.

Excellence value of your money. Drum size is smaller compared to other 6kg machines (i have LG too). But suffice the requirement for family of 4 persons. Many functions will make easy access.

This washing machine is worst, I have bought it on Wed, Mar 28th '18 within 3 months my motor got repaired and need to replace. the response from the customer care and service centre is worst. Its already 2 months still they didn't replace. so I have decided to buy a new washing machine of Samsung. Please don't buy a product. This is the worst product and worst service I have ever seen. Wast of money.

Will describe the product under Pros and cons: Pros: Easy to operate, Stainless steel drum (however in areas having hard water the drum accumulates scales) and the mot is very silent. cons: Customer support is very poor. The local unit does not have sufficient spares. Personal experience: The product was delivered in two days. However, after installation the proper demo was not given by the engineer. Asked Flipkart for replacement. The same took over 10 days after much followup and loss of temper. The local service center cancel the call in case the engineer is called at a convenient time - they simply cancel the call. My suggestion is do nit buy from Flipkart.
