Purchased the WM a month ago and using it since then, the quality of wash is really good. I got this WM for around 16.5 k after applying few discounts. So it was a steal for me. The delivery was pretty accurate. They delivered it on the slot i selected. Though my house is in 3rd floor (without lift), the delivery guy simply amazed me by delivering it even without any help. Installation was also done on the same day. So overall it was cake walk from ordering to installation. Flipkart..Take a bow. Maintain this service level.

horrible product from whirlpool.... simply avoid and buy better alternative

I purchased a whirlpool stain wash that has broken down 4 times in one year. There are problems with the spinning and draining .

Washing Machine is otherwise good but not at all worth 23k. Features are same as a 17k samsung fully automatic.The biggest disadvantage is that in case the clothes volume is less,all the clothes gather to one side of the drum and the machine vibrates like hell and makes a lot of noise while spinning.

I've purchased this from flipkart. As expected on time delivery by flipkart in the time slot that I've mentioned and the whirlpool engineer came on the same day to set it up. Kudos to Flipkart and Whirlpool Cons: > This product doesn't come with cloth softener dispenser(like comfort). I'm very disappointed to hear that from the engineer as I expected a 25k (around) washing machine to have all the features which makes it automatic ( It is really frustrating to have a look at the washing machine to see if it has come to rinse stage or not and then pour the comfort in) > Most of the time leaves lots of surf stains on the cloths. Terribly disappointed. Have to wash/rinse clothes once again which is a time waste. But this usually happens if you mix small clothes with the big ones. > Body of the washing machine feels very delicate/non-durable. It feels like hollow. > Some times clothes fly to the top and get stuck in the rotating chamber. Pros: Gives good quality wash if I'm lucky that day.

This machine disproves the general market conception that front loading machines ALWAYS give better wash quality than top loading. We have been using IFB Senorita for over 6 years and not really happy with the was quality. But Whirlpool Stainwash with in-build water heater has done much better job in the first few washes i tried after buying it a couple of weeks ago. I am very happy i got better wash quality and much less cost (I got lucky, got additional 10% off offer exactly at the time I was searching for washing machines, paid less than 20K :-) )

I purchsed this product about 40 days ago and I am pretty much happy with WhirlPool and its Bangalore service.First of all Thanks Flipkart for delivering me the sealed product with zero damage.Whirlpoll Engineer good guys explained all stuff..Good logic in machine...you need to by Whirlpool powders to clean the machine once in a month as near to 1 lt water stores below drum to make it wet....Not a bog cost...Engg will give you the powders.Not less than any Front load washing machine and washing quality is simply awesome.

the delivery and installation was done on the same day, very prompt service by flipkart. As it is fully automatic, just select the program & the rest is done on its own.

This review is not for product but for horrible experiences with flipkart. Such an horrible experience while buying this from flipkart. They delivered it first of all a damaged and dented product. They did a refund of product without event consulting me but i wanted a replacement. While placing the order, the product was sold at lesser price(21710). Now after refund, the product price is changed back to 24k. There is a difference of 2431R.s. Who's fault was that ? First of all you promised me for a lesser price initially and you delivered a damaged pielce without doing a quality check. If you really think you want us to shop with flipkart, please don't make false promises and deliver the product as desired. I want a refund of whatever the price difference 2431 happend in the time when all these things happend or please do the replacement of the product for the original price which you promised.
