I bought it during Dashera..simply superb..demo, installation done free of cost..cleaning quality wonderful.. I purposefully used soiled clothes ..but washing was no inferior than human wash..fully satisfied

The product is very good as usual. Flipkart now a days is just worried about delivering on time, not about quality of service. The delivery guys are totally unprofessional. The keep throwing the goods in their truck all the time. Please understand that large electric appliances can't be handled that way (because of sensitive components). There is only 10 days replacement. If some problem creeps up after replacement period because of mishandling then who is going to take the responsibility. This is happening because the company has grown so big that delivering larger goods have become less of a priority. Guys if you have an option rather than saving some 2k (peanuts), instead go to any offline retail and get assured quality service. I don't know why we people fall for peanuts when such big money is at stake. After buying lakhs worth of goods i am now regretting my decisions and totally disappointed :(

Excellent washing machine.value for money. Very low noise.no vibration,low water consumption.fully satisfied with the machine. But this time flipcart disappointed me little bit.at the time of purchase on 20.9.17 it was stated that delivery by 23.9.2017 but on 22.9.17 the the delivery time was reschedule on 6.10.17 which is 15 days from date of purchased. The machine was delivered on 6.10.17 and installation and demo was done on 6.10.17.regarding demo and installation I have say that the service engineer only installed the machine ,no demo,they didn't satisfied me. They didn't explain the operation of the machine.they failed to explain the function of different switch like intensive,crease,medic,etc. over all satisfied.

One of the best washing machines.. The best thing about this machine is it runs too smooth.. u couldn't literally hear it's running sound.. (Thanks to the Direct Drive Technology). Digital board, lots of modes, premium look everything are added advantages. I can also see it removes stains to the maximum. The only thing which I thought would have been better is running time.. In average it runs for 1.45 or 2 hrs.. Baby Care mode runs for 2.30 hrs. I especially bought for this mode. But the machine is soft on our new clothes. 100% safe.

Very good machine . Washing quality is good than top loading. But flipkart demo installation engineer was of no use worst installation service but happy with machine.

Very easy to use, a very good product from trusted brand. Really satisfied. It is a bit wobbly on heavy loads but levelling it to ground makes it better and stable. The inlet pipe should have been a bit longer as it is kind of too short. Touch makes it feel high end and the best thing is that it does not use much water. Easy controls. I kind of installed it myself. Thankfully nothing went wrong. The instructions were pretty easy. So far so good. Delivery by Flipkart is the best. Delivered in one day., Good job Flipkart.

Purchased this product in big billion sale, and got this product in very attractive price. Delivered on time and installed on time. Coming to the device, it's very nice and easy to handle by family of 2+1. Consumes less water and energy efficiency is also gud. Overall I liked this product. Thanks to LG & flipkart..

Changed my rating for this product since the product is good but we had to escalate to LG for delayed demo and installation. Otherwise this product is good, this is our 3rd LG DirectDrive washing machine in my family and the product is really good. We have been using it since last 5years and no complaints so far. Liked it.

Using since last two week, previously was confused to go with front load or top load. But after two week I took best decision. Nice product but little noise and also take less water as compare to top load machine. Thanks flliplkart for on time delivery and installation
