The product is not working properly, technical team had visited after that also it is not working properly, trying to contact Flipkart but no one is responding, it is worst experience, will not buy anything in future from flipkart. Technical team again visited and after they left again there is problem in product, it neither working properly nor drain the water. Product has been replaced but new machine also stopped working after 3 rounds and started again after half an hour.

Nice machine. received scheduled delivery on time. working perfectly at present. design is very good. good for a small family of 4 members. washing is really good and comparable to fully automatic washing machines. drying is just fantastic.Normal clothes get dried in just 3 min of spinning with 2 min rinsing (Total 5 min) Complete value for money from Samsung and Flipkart.

Product quality was good. samsung doing their job very great. But not the flipkart. Very very bad exchange policy. Old item defentetly will have small amount of rusting even all body of the machine was very good. But they denined to accept the exchange. Worst service. For exchange go with other shoping site.
