This machine was delivered by flipkart to me as expected on time with no damage. Delivery guys were professional however the packaging of washing machine was average. Demo and installation was done on 4th day after getting call from LG support. The LG support guy was professional and knowledgeable as expected. The demo and installation was very smooth and he was able to answer all our questions. We had a electrical issue on the plug where this LG washing machine was plugged. So called the local electrician and he fixed on very next day. So I am using this machine from past 2 to 3 days and I happy with this product. Thanks to both Flipkart and LG. This machine is very silent while washing. There is very low noise and vibration during spinning and water release and that is as expected what I believe. So far so good and this machine know the basic thing i.e. to do the wash of clothes.

i have received a faulty product. Its drum is leaking. after 10 days no one came to check and Flipcrt don't give me any help till now horrible total mental harrasment

It's an amazing product. Go for it. 1) product delivered as per timeliness. 2) service center guys called same day and installed product on delivered day. 3) coming to product this is decent product 8kg powerful machine when it comes to remove collar dirt it does decent job. 4) rinse and spin are electrifying and almost clothes comes as dried one. 5) look wise amazing. have lots of wash features loved 30 min wash program for daily usage. Purchased this product after researching 50 to 55 machines. Got this product on discount too :)

Good machine and it consumes less water and detergent. Wash cycles are bit longer than our last LG Automatic washing machine top loading but cleans well. It has built in temperature adjustable heater. Runs almost silently and occupies lesser space. Good item and prompt service from LG

I have ordered 8kg washing machine, but they delivered 7kg and response from Flipkart customer care regarding this issue was bad... finally after 1month they took back and got refund.. Flipkart should not give membership for this kind of cheating supplier..

Product is really a good deal, Easy to operate, and quality washing, and Seller is really a genuine guy, I got defective product bit my product but it's a hassle free replacement, Thanks to Flipkart for such a great Service. Installation and other things are taken care by flipkart, you don't even think about anything.

Very good product worth of money good running.

machine is good but 8kg machine actuall capacity is only 6kg machine compare to other brands like ifb which has more space in drum.. secondly washing cycle take too much time.. ifb machines take 50% less time in washing..

Writing the review after 2 weeks....till now machine is working fine...super machine...cleaning is also good...it dries the cloths 99%....But the vibrations sound is more....
