This laptop looks great but has a design flaw from lenovo. The heat vents are given at the bottom and hence using this laptop on the lap or on the table for long time makes it practically impossible. Due to this flaw, the whole laptop gets heated in no time and becomes a hot machine so avoid this at all costs. Also note that the service from FLIPKART is PATHETIC. They will replace the product but will not refund your amount. I payed close to 24K and can not use this laptop due to design flaw. Flipkart offers me to replace with another piece of the same product which is practically useless for me and do not want to refund the amount. I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT AND FLIPKART. This is my last item that I will be getting from Flipkart, period.
