Decent performance. Cleaning is good. The dryer does not dry the clothes enough but thats not a deal breaker. An hour or so on the drying rack and the cloths are good to go. Quite happy with it.

I will give it 4 star just because of delay in delievery, otherwise packing was good, working nicely ,less noisy as compare to others, easy to operate , washer is working good for 5 to 6 clothes at a time, dryer is far better then what i heared about it...overall 8.5 out of 10 ...you can buy it if u have a family of 4 to 5 people...

Thanks to Flipkart for delivered the product with-in time. Washing machine is quality is so good. I have tested with multiple weights. It's removing stains easily with less water. There's no noise while machine is running. It's working so well and smooth. spinner is working awesome. No need to fear .. you can buy this product happily.

Delivery is on time. Need to call Whirlpool helpline to get the demo. Used it for first time: As compared to my experience with previous washine machine od same type. This one is considerably faster, quiter and easy to maintain. Moreover this one does not require someone to be with washing machine all the time... as this one does not move / shake even in spin mode (provided that machine is on even ground). Quality of Wash is perfect. Quality of Dryer is awesome. However Capacity of dryer is a let down. You can't use it for drying your big fancy woolen/velvet double bed bedsheet/quilt. So only con I can think of so far is the capacity...but that is expected for a 6.5 kg machine. Will provide a next update after using it for a while.

This is a nice product from Whirlpool. The packaging and delivery from Flipkart was good. The only reason I have given 2 stars is because they have failed in giving EGV as per promise. Adding to it they do not even care to respond to mails you send through their website. This type of service does not match to the standards.
