Pros : * Very nice and handy design * Superb battery backup (4 days min) * Browser support. This is the only non camera phone having gprs support as of my knowledge. * Bluetooth. (tis is also not available in other brand non camera mobiles) * Clear voice clarity during call * Earphone sound clarity is amazing.! * Decent FM and torch. Cons : * You cant forward a message to a group. then wat the use of having group.? * Music cannot be played in background. Then Y u kept name as samsung guru music.? * Smileys will not be displayed in messages. And u too cant find smiley options while writing a text. * If u install any application, it'll install with out any issue. But while opening it it'll show MID-LET file is corrupted. Dont know y.?? ex: facebook mobile, ucweb * Delivery Report will save as a seperate msg which is hectic for me to delete it every time. * while sending a msg, it'll show a bluescreen with rolling sending text, during tat time u cant do anything until that msg sent. * You cant set ringtones from ur memory card. Over all very good backup phone and also very useful when u need a mobile with out camera inside ur office like me :P

I have been using this mobile for about a week and i can say this is the best mobile available under 2k. In my work area I am not allowed to carry camera mobiles. hence I wanted a mobile with bluetooth and gprs without a camera. This is the only mobile available with these features. It also has micro usb charging port so that I can share the charger with my Samsung Galaxy S2. Though it only supports expandable memory of 4gb, I can live with it. Update - Have been using this mobile for 11 months now and I have to admit that its a still going strong. Battery is still performing very good. Build is solid. Cons- 1. Music player cannot run in the background 2. Bluetooth doesn't have A2DP. But at this price, the cons does not matter. Only phone without camera that can beat this mobile in ever aspect is Nokia 207 and unfortunately it will not be releasing in India. So grab this with your eyes closed if your work area does not permit mobiles with camera. Pros - 1. Micro USB charging port. 2. Bluetooth 3. 3.5mm Jack 4. GPRS 5. Dual SIM 6. Superb battery. Cons - 1. only 4gb expandable memory.

Well first of all I am not here to write the hundred lines of Pros and cons or whatever..I am sure you have read them already.. I am here to correct some of the cons that some people have posted earlier before I bought this device. Some said it's Bluetooth does not work with windows 7 but trust me it works absolutely fine with mine(its not like samsung made my device especially for me..duh!). Next, of course you can't change the wallpaper of your own choice but who cares..right? who cares about changing any wallpaper in that tiny screen afterall. The defaults are cool enough. But some also said that You can't change the ringtones of your own choice from the MicroSD. Ofcourse you can. People will keep talking you know.. so finally What I expect from this type of low-price-range-moblie phones, it has given me Enough. So people lets not be greedy all the time and enjoy whatever you've got to the fullest. God Bless!

I have got this one and using since last 2 weeks. As usual excellent service by flipkart. Now lets see the overall performance. Pros : -Excellent Battery Back...To see the actual back up I did a full charge and I listned to songs and lot of playing with the phone as it was a new handset. The battery lasted up to 5 days with one point still left. -Good Sound Quality(Ringtones/Listening to songs(with Headset)) -Hard Keypad which is good -Call Dialing list shows every call details -Smart Dual Sim option Cons: -WHile the music is playing you cannot go back to the main menu or do any navigations. This is a big drawback. -One of the feature is to block the number by adding to reject list or block by address while viewing messages..if you click this option by mistake(it does not confirm "Are you Sure") then you are gone.You will have to do a Master format in order to get call from that person which will erase the entire data...This happened to me :( Overall its a excellent phone...Good buy for someone who needs a dual sim without camera......

Samsung Guru E1282 Vs Nokia 101 GPRS : yes vs no Bluetooth : yes vs no The rest of the features are pretty much the same, but how can one live without important features such as GPRS and Bluetooth. I understand Nokia is the best featurephone brand in india, but how could they forget to put GPRS and Bluetooth in their 101 model.Finally price difference is only about 200 bucks!!! Way to go Sammy!!!

This is a basic phone Pros 1.Dual Sim 2.Three and Half days of battery backup,3.5 mm audio jack. 3.Radio and MP3s.Radio has sleep timer. 4.Torch to lit up at night. 5.External memory upto 4GB support 6.Facebook and twitter support(Not App) in opera mini browser. 7.Power Saving mode and app Shortcuts(like torch,alarm). Cons 1.You cannot change wallpaper or ringtone with tones/mp3s in your memory card(Then what's the memory card for ? )And for this memory card support the phone cost more. 2.You cannot play music in background. (Why the name Samsung Guru Music ? ) 3.You cannot install any Java apps,games thought the phone has built in java apps. 4.You cannot organize phone contacts in groups like family,friends(Then Why there is an option like friends,family) 5.You can mark events in calender but with no alarm. 6.I have used Samsung Corby earlier and so comparing this the audio quality is less i.e, there is some grains in the sound Overall it is a good phone.

Cannot minimize music player Now the pros 1. Supports usb charging.You can just carry a cable and laptop 2. Battery backup of minimum 1 week 3.Dual sim feature is good than from any other phones for this price range 4.Loud speaker is clear for calls Conclusion: Total VFM
