The Delivery was sooner than mentioned. Got at the cheapest price (Both Online and physical stores compared), Flipkart gets a 5 Star rating. The Machine is also equally good. Does the job very well. The features mentioned are helpful and works as described. The machine seems a bit bulky though (Not actually when you consider it as an 8.0Kg one :P). The in-built water heater and the water sprayer features are notable. I would definitely recommend this.

The product truly serves the purpose for which it is built. Excellent wash, easy/ uncomplicated handling and warranty with a option of AMC upto 7yrs of product gives a worry free ownership satisfaction. The wash cycle is on higher side as compared to other machines but is based on the washing load. Overall a complete package. Installation guy trying to sell additional products by giving wrongful statements while the products are much cheaper when bought online. Finally, the delivery and packaging of the product was very good. Thanks to Flipkart.

I have been using whirlpool machines for quite some time now. I replaced my previous whirlpool machine (6kg) with this one after 7 years. One of the biggest reason to continue with whirlpool brand is their prompt customer service. Bought this on Flipkart app and the price was the lowest compared to Reliance Digital and other online retailers. On the product: Been using it for couple of days and I am impressed with the wash quality, especially with the hot water option. Better to use Liquid detergents instead of powder. I recommend paying for the AMC after the end of second year.

Product is good clothes perfectly washed... Happy with product no any issues... Just put clothes in it and after 45 min you will get a perfectly washed clothes...

As I've brought 8Kg model, it is a heavy duty Genie(Aladin's ghost). Meets all my expectation. power consumption is very low. Inbuilt heater really very handy. spin dry work very well. I'm using matic variant of detergent(like ariel matic and/or surf excel matic) and collars and cuffs are getting absolutely neat after wash. I'm fully satisfied with this machine. Go blindly for it.

Good product. Using for last 3 months So far so good. The product was delivered well on time and installed as promised. The only small issue is the detergent consumption. The detergent requirement which machine calculates seems to be on higher side always

I made the blunder of buying this model 2 years back. During the warranty period every month the machine was giving some problem or the other and the company used to repair it free of charge. Now the warranty is over and my troubles have started. I have spent 5000Rs on repairs in the last 6 months post warranty. First inlet valve, then heater, then drain valve and the last one week the machine is stopping midway and the technician is not able to solve the problem. Each time he comes I have to pay 400! I am planning to throw away this useless machine and buy LG or Samsung or any other brand. No whirlpool for me again!
