Not working since day 1, failed to replace during replacement open window or repair adversly. Absolute silence by all concerned. Notice served, suitable sute to be filed with consumer forum.

brought the product in May 2018. After 4 months, the machine stopped working. when contacted the customer service, they say they do not service the product if it is in the warranty period. please don't go for this product because of the price. get some other brand which is more reliable

Performance very poor. Stopped working within a month. Response from service centre is slow. During spinning, lot of vibration.

All frontloading automatic washing machine waste a lot of water, electricity, and detergent. If you want to save the planet, buy a top loading one. I have no idea on its environmental impact, till purchased this one. Flipkart should allow us to compare environmental impacts of its products.
