Dont buy wirlpool washing machibes, go for IFB OR Samsung. Arter 3years of usage I've decided to review this product and save customers from buying it. Wirlpool top load washing machines have lots of issues 1 drum bangs to the side walls 2 wash quality is bad even after using suggested Wirlpool washing add-ons 3 undrrgone 4services within warranty period and 2 after it 4 spares replaced are not new, frod service engineer packs it to look new 5 generates lots of noise 6 fell down many times due to drum rotates in uneven speed and direction

Earlier i was thinking it was a good one.After day by day usage i suspet there was some problem with the machine internally.Making lot of noise.Suspect bearing worn out .Planning to book a complaint.

Product is good. However, it takes less water. Hence, we are not able to use the standard menu options. We have to arrive at our own menu options.

Timely delivery and excellent service was provided. When delivered product was in good condition. About the washing machine, it clean the cloths very well. But the only issue is the cloths get tangled and stretched after washing.

Was apprehensive of buying something like a washing machine online. The mom and pop stores advised me against it citing warranty and service issues. But I decided to go ahead with the purchase after reading favourable reviews. The machine works great. The whirlpool guys came over and helped install. Initially I had a scare when it started thumping and moving in my second wash. The service guys responded promptly (same day!) and explained that the same was because the cloth load was not spread evenly. Been working great post that A good buy at a great price.

Ordered it 6 months ago...while spinninthe machine falls off....got it repaired thrice.... Felt as though its a defective piece
