It has been about 21 days since I purchased the fridge. Nicely delivered by Flipkart as scheduled. Looks wise it was love at first sight. My Mom loved the color and the design of violet tulips. I purchased this for two important factors. The first being the capability of the fridge to run on an inverter, which is a huge plus as there are frequent power cuts, here in Bangalore. With my inverter already running at 90% load, the fridge did not overload my inverter. It was as if I have not connected anything nor have I felt any difference in working duration and load of my inverter. Therefore, it is very safe to assume and it is written on the fridge by Samsung that it consumes power as little as two CFL bulbs, which is great. The second factor is that the freezer can be converted to fridge. This is quite handy, but depends on the family needs. For us it’s a good feature as we don’t use the freezer often. In general happy with the product. One funny incident was that a Samsung person came for installation and demo. An hour later, one more Samsung person also come for installation and was quite surprised that his colleague had done the installation. Probably there were two installation requests to Samsung. My Mom did have a hearty laugh and happy with prompt service from Samsung. Keep up the good job Flipkart.

Altough a bit of hesitation was there in my mind before purchasing the product because of its weight and bulkiness but every thing was taken care of by flipkart very well from the time of booking till the installation.The product was delivered on time and was well packed not a single scratch of any faulty part.The installation and demo was also taken care of by flipkart as the engineer came the same day of the delivery.Hats off to flipkart.Happy with the deal and the product.The refrigerator is very good and works very well as described.

I am really happy to have this CONVERTIBLE refrigerator from Samsung which helps you a lot to save your electricity bill. I don't require ice and hence I simply converted my freezer into a fridge which has saved my electricity bill a lot. Another useful feature of this refrigerator is the ice making unit is portable means you can place it to anywhere inside or outside the refrigerator as per your requirement. So must buy product from samsung.

It has always been a tuff job to please my mom... Being a quite type, she never expresses a thing. I was at first reluctant to buy item like a refrigerator from flipkart, as the physical fell would be somewhere missing, top it up with gifting it to your mother... Horrible combination. Gradually i reviewed the reviews by other users and decided to go for the Samsung double door refrigerator, since for my mom, single door is a cliche. It took 3 days to deliver ut to my house, delivery was absolute perfect. Thanks to flipkart for the wonderful job of putting the exact replica over the app, i could show the model and ccolor ti my mom. My mom is ecstatic with joy. She liked the color and the refrigerator. Its exactly the same. Thanks for bringing smile on my moms face this diwali... Ohhh. The refrigerator works absolutely wonderful and she can control the high end electonics for the wonderful demo she got...

Got the refrigerator delivered. Samsung person came after three days for demo. Working fine till now!! Convertible freezer option adds to the flexibility of the fridge.

Seller Hapcus delivered the product on time, but not updated the status after 7 days of delivery also. I spoke to Flipkart on the issue for more than 5 times, but Flipkart service in that regard was too poor and not resolved issue only. Hence i could not able to raise request for free installation & demo and started using the product. @ Hapcus - Please update the status to customer as well as flipkart, since what we are paying not small amount. So we would like to get continuos updates. @ Flipkart -I will never purchase any costly items from Flipkart (only mobile covers, sox etc .., :) )

As of now it's working good, no issues I found.
