initial product was having some issue, so I got it replaced. I have using this refrigerator for last 1year. Cooling is so bad, even I freezer cooling is very less. I think Flipkart gave me used product or refurbished refrigerator. very disappointed after spending such a huge amount to get the quality product but get refurbished one. Better pay 2k or 3k extra and buy from Samsung directly. atleast u wil get authentic product.

Very spacious caters to a family of three very well. Thoughtfully designed especially the crisper box which has been made big though at the cost of space for the water bottle rack at the bottom of the door. Good for vegetarians. The non vegetarian has a huge freezer to be happy with. The flexible fridge freezer idea is good for a young family which travels often. Very good temp control. Tangible since it comes in numerical values rather than the other type which has rotary knobs and indicate only cold and colder. Especially in summers and winters with large temp variations. Go for it. Total Value for money and satisfaction.

Bought 2 pieces - 1 from retail shop and another from Flipkart. In both cases, after the warranty ran out it leaked out gas and stopped cooling to any usable level. Won't recommend. Poor quality proven twice. One could have been understandable, but when it happens in both cases, it's poor quality. Also, makes rattling noises at times.

No complaints with the product. However, the delivery rep was not professional at all and refused to take our old refrigerator, although it was in good working condition. I can upload the images of my old refrigerator. The delivery rep was all the time giving us stern warnings for anything and everything. This was least expected from flipkart. I am a ardent buyer from flipkart and this has left a bad taste of flipkart forever. really frustrated experience only from the rep who represented flipkart.

superb quality superb cooling very large space delivery very well and timely

Refrigerator is awesome.. super performance..reason for rating 4 is the capacity of the refrigerator. Samsung has given a huge space for freezer. Compared to other refrigerators it has a only 3racks to store but should have given an additional rack reducing the freezer space. Also should have given additional rack for water bottles too. These are the two things i have noticed.

This is the best refrigerator for anyone.

Good spacious refrigerator. Delivery and Installation was seamless. Took it in exchange offer and got a decent price for the old refrigerator. Using it for last two days...so far so good..
