Bought this phone 3 weeks before. I wanted to use the phone for sometime before I review it. I have used phones of almost all types and OS. But I needed a dual sim phone. Since there is no gr8 dual sim smart phone I had to go for a cheaper one. I should say I made the right choice. Here comes my review Pros: 1. Good battery life(2 days when used extensively) 2. Good Signal reception. Many people complained about this but I don't think they are true. 3. PC connectivity. I installed Nokia OVI store. Works amazing with that. Please be aware that the data cable doesn't come with the pack. Either you have to buy one or use bluetooth instead. 4. Timer. I am over delighted on this. It comes with a programmable interval timer. It will be helpful for those who do Yoga/excerises!!! Believe me you will be astonised with this. 5. Home Screen feature - Good to have!!! 6. Bluetooth for data transfer: Works as advertised!!! 7. Expandable Memory: Can be expanded upto 32 GB I think. Since I never intended to use it for listening music I had just put 8 gb memory card. The default earphone that comes with the pack doesn't sound appealing but works decent with better earphones. Cons: 1. Camera: Poor quality camera. Its purely a overkill for this mobile. I somehow felt the phone will do better without the camera provided. 2. Power saver Display: If you try to call someone, even b4 they pick up, the display goes off to save power. I usually see the display until the called person picks up the phone. The most irritating part is when you press button to get back the display, the button action is also getting performed. i.e., when you press down or up navigation button, the volume is getting changed in addition to turning on the display. If you don't understand what I am talking here, then most likely you will not bother about this issue. 3. No Multiple alarm: I expected this feature. But.... :-( 4. I'm using this phone for the past 3 months. Battery life is ok, it comes for 2 days, decent loud speaker, External memory, light weight. The main disadvantage is, the problem with connectivity. If there is single sim, you get full range. The proble arises once the 2nd sim inserted, you wont get the full range after that. I'm facing sudden signal drops. Dual sim technology is new to Nokia, they could have done better. They should learn from the chinese phones..

whn days are gng it cannot give u signal fr both the sims,,as i am experiencing nw ,,if u want for shrt time then it is suggestable.any way am note that satisfy with the experince, basicallu am a biggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggg fan of nokia ,but i am seriously disappointed by this draw back

One must have limitations when you buy a nokia phone in a particular price range my mistake was that i had over expectations from a compact phone like this one hence it serves the purpose but these days we do have a quite a lot of requirements the buttons are really insane

never hesitate to buy a mobile from FLIPKART. it is 101% genuine and........well, the delivery and packing is of international standard.just buy one and feel it urself! .....i've got mine in just 02 days.

price is nice good battery 1 sim will off while another sim sending msg or calling someone suppose if someone calls you then he will get notification as not reachable... network is ok not so good...it is very sometimes blank screen comes without any reason, and sometimes hang while calling..very slow while opening a msg...headphone effect is normal like china handset...and you have to make play lists......finally this is having software problem.......let it be its good try by Nokia.....don't waste money simply go for Samsung,,,Lava and LG

Nokia C2-00 Review: Bought on 28th August, 2011 at Rs.2800 from Malad West (Infinity Mall) Nokia Centre, Mumbai. In the box you will get : Handset, 3-pin mobile charger, 3.5mm jack headphones, User manual. Items not provided: USB cable, Nokia PC suite CD) Rating: 4/5 (1 mark deducted for camera which is VGA quality) Good points: 1. A decent, light-weight & cool looking handset Nokia’s trust at cheap price. 2. Ease to change the second SIM card from the side slot without switching the phone off. 3. Has all the features: viz. Bluetooth, Contacts & phone data backup on memory card, expandable memory, GPRS, FM Radio, Dual Sim Standby (You can get calls on both the sim cards, and if you are on call on any one of the sim card the other sim card would be not reachable or unavailable only for that period) , Music player. 4. Some of the users had the problem that when they used the head phones to talk with somebody the loudspeaker was also automatically turned on and everybody in the surrounding could listen the entire conversation. I did not find such problem with my handset. 5. As the phone is cheap, in future after the warranty period, if you face any problem, the repairing cost would be less as compared to costly screen touch phones. 6. (For professionals) If you travel frequently and you have to stay out of your state for 1 or 2 weeks (i.e. while your mobile is in roaming) , you can buy a cheap local sim card of that state and insert it in the second slot and keep it till your stay. 7. You get a warranty period of 1 year along with most of the Nokia handsets. You can extend it by 1 more year by paying some amount at Nokia Centre (One of my friends got it by paying only 140 Rs.). So your total warranty period becomes 2 years. Bad points: 1. Camera quality is VGA. So if you are a photo freak, you can buy the C2-03 with similar features as that of C2-00, plus it has a 2 MP camera, touch screen & sliding keypad stylish looks available fro

This phone by Nokia is a good one if you want to use it as a phone only and not for photography, Internet browsing, etc. The pros: 1. The 1000 contacts space is a plus. 2. Simple and clear operation. 3. Sound and display are adequate. 4. Good battery backup time. The cons: 1. Not suitable for photography - since I have cameras, I don't need this feature anyway. Same with videography. 2. This phone i.e. Nokia C2-00 is not automatically recognized by BSNL for 2G data settings. An SMS to 58355 to get the setting is rejected and returned with the message: 'this phone model does not exist/enter the phone model in correct format'. On the whole if you need a phone for the basic purpose of a phone, this is a good one.

Cons: 1. has S40 platform of symbian so it dont support much java apps 2. camera is only for name even in sunlight its not performing 3. it has 3.5 mm jack but audio output is very low 4. its earpiece volume is also low. 5. speed performance is not satisfactory 6. display quality is very poor. 7. SIM2 does not go completely in, the output part has to be dangling/hanging. 8. applications installed will not be available in the memory. We need to go back to OVI and need to click Launch. 9. Battery is not even coming for 2 days. 10. SIM swap is not available. 11. Not displaying contacts separately from SIM1 or SIM2 12. Cannot copy contacts from Memory card to phone or vice versa.. Boring features... Only best thing i found is, atleast OVI suite is working fine for this and syncing is all good.
