I have been using this washing machine for 2 months (once in a week) Pros: Removes collar dirt (use the liquid detergent from IFB). The body material is very hard. Consumes less water, less electricity. You can put clothes in the middle of wash cycle. Very good service from flipkart as well as IFB. Cons: The motor makes a bit of more sound when it enters the spinning cycle. Overall the best front loading washing machine to buy!

Got very much impressed by Flipkart customer service and quick delivery. Giving them 10/10...Very nice to see an indian company growing big with their awesome customer service... Very nice product. Much better dan top loading washing machines. If you can use with little care, it will go on and on...

I was bit skeptical about the product and post-sales services after reading loads of negative reviews on flipkart. I did a market survey and checked prices on flipkart. Got the product in 22.8k. Here's the review after using it 3 times in three days: 1. Service: Flipkart rocks! Got it in two days.Delivery team was absolutely professional and was a wonderful experience overall!. Thanks to the delivery boys and flipkart team. On the contrary to what most of the reviewers scribbled, IFB service team too was quite professional. Installation happened quite smoothly. Technician (even though it was 8 pm, way beyond working hours), was kind enough to patiently explain all the nitty gritties to me. Technician did try to sell me some IFB products (Come on, it's a part of his job). But if you don't want to buy anything, just say no. Anyway, got my machine on second day of placing the order and got it installed on 3r! 2. Machine: Used it for three times and I'm really impressed. Water consumption appears to be lesser than that of top loading machines. It takes around two hours for a cotton wash. Although there is also a cotton eco wash mode, taking little time than that. The machine comes with inbuilt water softner, but I installed an additional one since I get bore water which is even harder than a common hard water. Didn't want to take changes 3. Overall: So far so good! Fingers crossed! Touchwood. I'd always suggest you to go for a good front loader machine than a top loading one. It will be efficient in water consumption and machine is much efficient than most of the conventional top loading ones.

I am writing this review after using this machine for two months. The product is good. Very easy to use and maintain. Provides a good wash. I'm very much satisfied with the product.

I got this product with a stunning deal on big billion day offer. But Flipkart and Gati delivered only after 25 days IFB washing machine is too good and the machine is taking around 90 minutes to wash and dry the clothes. After delivering the product, Flipkart arranged IFB representative to provide demo and installation. The very next day itself IFB guy came and gave the demo. But IFB guys will bring some additional parts like Stabilizer, Stand, water purifier and screen etc.., I bought only water purifier and stabilizer he said these two are important if you didn't use then the machine may get damaged and lifetime will be reduced. Stabilizer and purifier itself cost around 3800 rupees. I never knew that IFB washing machine weight will be more than 70 kg. So, be careful when you lift the machine. Pros: Hot water/Cold water/Warm water wash & Child lock Cons: Taking too much of time to wash

This product is amazing by IFB .i just got it at 21500/-.I am using this machine for last 30 months no problems detected yet. The machine is running very smooth and wash clothes effortlessly But it takes more time than other conventional machines in the market. I am really satisfied with this machine. most importantly very robust machine in the market..

Plus points --> This machine gives decent washing quality 2) on the offer that i got it on Flipcart, it was real value for money. 3) If set properly at start u dont need to do any intervention till the cycle completes. Just remove at end and put for drying... Minus points --> 1) it gives error suddenlywhen door is not properly closed. 2) it takes a lot of time for one complete cycle in any mode, specially if u compare with a top load machine :) 3) Does not have precised digital display in this model, it only can show which activity is going on. Flipcart delivery -- excellent IFB installation service-- pathetic staff, they took almost a week to come and behaved rudely....

I have LG, I have bought this for one of my cousin, Compare to LG, this produces slightly more sound. Installation from Flipkart was quick. However be careful with Installation GUY.
