I have been using this machine for over a month now, thought of writing wat i feel, starting with Flipkart , they delivered the machine in excellent package as usual the best experience they raised the ticket to IFB and ensured that the expert installation has achieved, everything was smooth, On usage, machine performs as expected and no major issues so far, only concern i found is it vibrates a lot during spin cycle, vibration is so high that even with the ifb metal base the machine shifts its position,i have to drag back the machine to its original position on completion, dont know may be the issue with installation .. will have to wait and see, rest it has bluetooth and of no great importance though, just a marketing tool. does its job but i feel it should have been used in betterway

Delivery feedback DELIVERED WRONG MODEL IFB WASHING MACHINE They delivered wrong model of product , I have raised return request on 7th,June in front of delivery boy , from 8th June it's under process every day when I called customer care am getting same reason again and again "your request is forwarded to FRM/BACKend team , it will be resolved in 24 to 48 hours " , same answer from 7th June to 13th June , today also called customer care got same message again . Am tracking throw mails and provided all documents required and images of delivered product and order product . No response to my mails and if i call cc got same generic answer from last 5 days . really don't expected this from Flipkart . From last 6 days no response for my query .

The product was delivered promptly and also installed on time. However after the installation there is water leakage problem. Needs to be attended to. Complaint was attended to. There was a disconnection of a pipe..could have been avoided if at the time of installation a full demo with cloth had been done. Otherwise machine is fine.
