This was delivered on Sept 9th. 1) They broke our room door while bringing the Fridge in. I will ignore it because one of the delivery boys was handicapped. As these things happen during difficult times. 2) To get an engineer to start the demo took like 4 days. Until then, the refrigerator was switched on and we couldn't use it. Let's ignore that as well for the benefit of doubt as pandemic lock down cause delays 3) Here's the mother of all problems October 31st the Sensor and the mother Board were deemed defective. The error code E1 started showing up. And, all the food got spoilt. And, we couldn't get hold of an engineer until we offered to pay their conveyance as all the items in the fridge had to be replaced plus a large family like us can't go without milk and fruits with small kids and old parents. Assume an 8 member joint family here. Now, they are saying both the sensor and some kind of electronic board need to replaced. We had bought extended warranty. This is one month into buying this big refrigerator and even the manufacturer warranty hasn't passed 2 months. Not sure if we got a defective piece from Flipkart or was it defective all the way from Whirlpool. Overall, very disappointed with both. Now, we are having to wait and invest in a "Whirlpool Recommended Stabilizer for Mumbai" where electricity doesn't go that much. Each time, there is a new twist in this story. The quality of service from both Flipkart and Whirlpool has been below par. It is not what it used to be. None of my purchases from Flipkart or AXXXXN has ever gone bad. This became of a huge nightmare for us.

its power convertible. Not deep fridge convertible. Pls make sure before buying this product. Not happy with product. Imp- do not buy any electronic products on Flipkart. These guys not allow to exchange or return electronic product. Suggesting you to buy from outlets.

I got this fridge delivered in March 2020 it worked fine till 3 months after that I started getting issues Fridges it self cuts cooling for 4 to 6 hours on regular basis and starts cooling again. It is a serious malfunction and I have emailed Flipkart and Whirlpool company both but no revert from them. Highly disappointed and advise to kindly purchase direct from showroom because who knows you can get a faulty product like me. Anyways I am stuck with this and 30,000 Rs at stake. Beware From Ashish

Flipkart delivery is excellent....Delivered without a single dent or scratch...really appreciable.. But considering the quality and workmanship of the Whirlpool refrigerator,it is not up to the mark...Better go for LG or Samsung/Panasonic...Quality control or even safety side of this refrigerator is pathetic..Supply code wire on back side of this refrigerator with male-female socket is open ..not consealed,like Samsung/LG...chance to get electric shock for children's...Whirlpool must deal it seriously...On compressor point of view,it is made by chinese brand Jiaxipera...not an established brand like Other major brands...Whirlpool is misleading the buyers with the term 'convertible freezer' ,but actually it is not convertible but adjustable like normal freezer....But for the money spend it is worthy...

Very worst Product, within year it's not working and they deduct 20% of product value and and on condition that refund will be intiated after 8 days from pickup of faulty product....
