The best quality samsung 32 inch full HD TV (its not smart tv, but I have 2 laptops and 1 desktop for computing). I have purchased this latest model at 4000 Rs less compared to other vendors. Samsung guys have given prompt response within 1 day service and installation. Both Flipkart guys and Samsung Engineers have done an efficient delivery and setting of the TV. I am very happy that the samsung picture and sound quality really reflects in this product. Samsung and flipkart rocks.

If you are going to plan to buy non smart FHD TV (no use of smart features if you have laptop or smart phone) than this is the best quality 32 inch full HD TV. Received on time delivery and the packaging quality is good.the tv is good with good sound and color don't compare with others if you like to have a good tv in less cost with a brand name .

I have bought this samsung 32inch full hd in 2013... i have faced the same issue dark patches on screen... in the warranty they have changed my display... one day it just stopped working ... samsung engineer said it will be costing around for 16.5k for the screen... but i have get it checked with with a local engineer... he told me it will be repaired in 3k only... so wanna suggest not to buy samsung... go for sony if your budget allowed... or if u wanna go for pocket friendly... micromax... best value in market

I bought this product from Samsung Showroom in March 2016...Just now my warranty has lapsed. Now there are dark patches on screen. These patches are visible only on light background picture. Samsung engineer told dust went into the screen so total cost of replacing would be Rs. 6670. After spending so much money into it and just a year passed...now this problem....Worst product....never buy any product from Samsung...

Never go for samsung. The products are worst with life cycle of hardly 2 years. Then problems arise and for which solution offered is only panel replacement which will cost you tens of thousands of bucks. My Samsung J5100 is hardly 14 months old and blacks spots started appearing on the screen. Called the service engineer, he said panel is to be replaced and will cost 10000 bucks. He said no other solution is offered by samsung except for panel replacement.

I have been using this TV since August 2015. My TV has developed numerous dark spots that are visible against light background. I see here that many others who bought this TV are facing the same problem. I bought Samsung because it is the market leader in LED TVs. I will never ever buy a Samsung TV again. People who gave good reviews are new buyers. They will realise their mistake in time.
