The refrigerator is pretty spacious and does well to keep things cool and itself, odor free. Haven't faced any issues at all during the first two months of usage. Update: After 3 years of normal usage, I am utterly disappointed in the product. There weren't many issues in the first year, but from the beginning of the second year onwards, the refrigerator would just stop cooling suddenly. For the first few times, the Samsung technicians pointed out that some of the parts were faulty and were causing gas leakage. It wasn't ideal but we paid for the new parts anyway hoping that the problem would be fixed. But, every time, after running normally for a 4-5 month period, the problem would occur again and the gas pressure would drop again. We have to shell around Rs. 2500 to get the gas refilled everytime this happens, and have spent around 10,000 in total as of today. I would still be fine if the technicians could solve the problem permanently but it seems that all I can do is keep burning my money away on this defective product. I had a Godrej fridge before this, and I never faced any issue at all for the 13 years I used it for.

Worst product and service. Samsung engineer never comes to install the product.Product is very bad, flipkart delivery man put the product on the gate, he refuses to put in house. Never buy product from flipkart.

Both Samsung people as well as the vendor have been promising replacement and have not replaced the fridge yet . Seriously cheating consumers. Flipkart seems not to take responsibility also
