Using this phone since 2nd Jan 2014 :) Specs are really great :) Slim and Sleek design, really attractive !! :) Performance is also great, mobile is very responsive and there is no lag found ! :) Dual Sim management system and options are really good. :) Battery backup is also good. :) Display is clear, sharp and smooth. :) 3G is really fast and gives an awesome internet experience. :) A good screen guard was pasted while i got this phone (not a temporary one) and an additional screen guard found in box. :) Comes with inbuilt mobile tracking & power management software. :) No heating issues as of now. :) Landscape rotations are smooth and fast. :( Pinch and zoom is not smooth. Multi touch is not deducted. :( Audio is not that loud, but headphone music is fine. :( Keyboard is not good, so need to download a keyboard from play store. I suggest dodol keyboard. :( Camera is not so good. Cant take macro pics. Cant focus on objects and they go blur sometimes. :( No gorilla protection, but we cant expect that in this price range. :( No Pouch comes along. Note : Those who buy red, blue, green or white color phones, be careful in choosing a pouch or flip cover, because the pouch's color may stick to the phone's corners and edges.

i had a very tight budget but i also wanted a performance and a good looking phone this phone had all and i bought it if we compare the price and features on other phone this it the best i had tested this phone for 3 days and use it now some reviews say mic problem and other os problems that's bullshit all you need is to keep a bit of you ram free to keep your phone running well it has 512 ram and 4 gb rom also it has an option to move your apps to memory card which i didn't find in any other phone while i was using it ...... PROS 1.looks like HTC or Sony 2.feels like HTC or Sony (I mean it ) 3.display is just awesome 233 ppi 4.performance is on par with all device under 10k 5.price 6. USB & Bluetooth tethering and hotspot CONS 1.camera night mode 2.can't play 1080p 3.finding the brand name on phone is difficult when they make a product this good they can start building their image too . 4.stock headsets are of very poor quality spoils the music experience

I bought this phone from flipkart and it was delivered the next day !! I think it is a very good phone for a sub-7k price point. It looks good and works well too. The screen and colors are also good. All the normal apps work fine and at decent speed. I have not tried heavy games though (anyways I don't think this phone is intended for the heavy gamer). The only negative I found so far in this phone is that the pinch-to-zoom does not work well, especially when I try to zoom photos saved in the photo gallery. The phone is somehow not able to handle that, and the screen goes beserk. You have to do it carefully, little by little multiple times to achieve the zoom correctly. But overall, I would still say that it is a really good phone for it's price. You can definitely consider this phone.

FLIPKART & xolo mentions the internal storage as $ gb but actually the internal storage id 1.23 gb and available storage is 1.03 gb..otherwise a good phone except the camera...camera quality very bad for night or low light pictures, flash is just an accessory doesnt add anything to the photos....performance wise good phone in the range.

Purchased it from Snapdeal,always better from flipkart in almost every aspect fro every item you find it cheap there,here is its pros and cons:- As I do all of my gaming on PC,I purchased this one for immediate net connection and for some office work nd mail & skype. Pros Good looks,display and all. Camera when taken pics outside is okay with touch focus and smile detection also works.Set ur anti flickr to 60 and u can record TV/LEd can't say for high end Tv sets. Set ur exposure to +1/+2 for front and rear cameras and photo is okay. Never hangs even I filled its memory(but I use some optimizers from play store) Touch is superb Superb net browsing as well as You tube. Accelerometer,Proximity sensors are working fine. Hot-spots are working pretty awesome and so it connects to ur wi-fi;but it doesn't detect the ad-hoc created by vista(but no android does that when it comes to vista) GPS is good for this price range,works in almost every way. Cons Flash is pathetic,panorama doesn't work,Even it is a 5 MP camera it comes to 2 MP when compared to Xperia or any high end,but hey its the price! Sound speakers are not even enough to sound you if u r sitting on to the next table but I don't know any one who play loudspeakers. Though the earphones are cheapest quality they still give u premium sound as well as loudest(when set beyond a specific limit a pop up shows that playing this loud can harm ur hearing!WOW) Sometimes on Skype mic is not upto the mark and it don't even recognize its own earpieces on Skype Overall If u require what I do,go for it.It is a stupid thing to invest 20/30/40/50k in a phone dammit!Do assemble your PC or buy a DSLR if u r looking for high ends.....

Such a Good Mobile I have buy this phone on 7th November 2013. Don't get any problem with this phone. But camera can't take good picture in night with flash light, otherwise camera is good. Video calling is also fine, all apps are running very good. Sound quality in earphone is basic not very good, but average. Keyboard getting problem while touch when paste screen guard on the screen, so you can install Swype keyboard from Google Play then its work fine. Battery backup is 24 hours including WiFi connected 10 hrs with talk time 1-2 hrs & also playing game. Standby of the mobile is very good...as usual above 4-5 days. Over all this mobile is very good. If you want to buy Micromax or other phone plz go for XOLO A500S IPS Make sure you take IPS, its showing on the box. This is the product of LAVA mobile.

I tried the phone last week, and I must say I m impressed. Starting with the build quality, The form factor is Ok-ish, well on a scale of 5, I would say, A500s IPS should get 3 for the build quality, The phone is light in weight. The body's mate finish gives it a good look, but also makes it a dirt magnet, a quick wipe with a cloth fixes that problem though. Xolo provides stock Android interface, which means you'll get android pure and un-touched (well, mostly.. few "user experience enhancing app are installed, which you can get rid off). The screen is great, considering the price range, the color reproduction (black on screen) could have been better in my opinion though. The phone doesn't lag when running 3 to 5 apps simultaneously. In the texting department, my personal experience was less than awesome, to say the least, the keyboard wasn't as responsive as I m used to, but considering the price, I guess the performance was "OK-ish" (I use LG Nexus 4). As for gaming, the phone isn't the best choice for heavy gamer, but for lite game like angry birds and many others, this phone wont stop you from enjoying them. Overall, the phone is great in the price segment. 4.5 out of 5.. good work Xolo :)

first of all thnk u flipkart for timely delivery of product..i got this product within 6 days on a remote location. Xolo A500S IPS is a value for money for sure because of its features..it is directly completitive with Galsxy S duos. S 7562 ...i m having both the mobiles and believe me XOLO is far better than galaxy s duos in terms of processing speed n touch experience..and look wise its awesum...
